Born in 2002, I always knew I had a passion for fitness and maintaining a healthy diet. From the moment I could walk, I would go outside and be active, whether that would be running around the house or even just chasing the dog around our backyard.
Now being 14, my views and attitude towards fitness hasn't changed but only enhanced and grown stronger. I believe one of the best things you can do for your body is to maintain a healthy diet and to participate in sporting actives, such as swimming, athletics, team sports or even going to the gym at least three times a week. From the tender age of four, I had begun participating in squad training for swimming, and also began to participate in dancing at the Brisbane Academy of Dance. By the age of six, I had begun Arana's Little Athletics until the age of twelve. Along with swimming and athletics training , by the age of thirteen I begun engaging in Netball and touch football as the start of my participation in team sports. To maintain my fitness and endurance it was vital for me to have a consistent and healthy diet. I believe good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. |
What is the purpose of my website and what does it include?

My essential aspect of my website is to enhance the significance of exercise and maintaining a healthy diet. 1 of 4 children are obese and these numbers are continuing to grow, unless we put a stop to this and show how enjoyable excising actually is. My website contains essential aspects of excising and this is expressed through my love of photography. |
